WHEREAS (1) Niranjan Singh s/o Thakar Singh, (2) Darsan Singh s/o Niranjan Singh, (3) Kuldip Singh s/o Niranjan Singh and (4) Amarjeet Singh s/o Niranjan Singh, all of P.O. Box 2346, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of all that piece of land known L.R. No. 2116/55/XVII, situate in Kitale Municipality in the Trans Nzoia District, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 36817/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
