NOTICE is given that a petition for the winding up of the above named company by the High Court was presented to the said Court on 12th September, 2019 by Success Electronics and Transformer Manufacturer Limited. And the said petition is directed to be heard before the High Court sitting at Commercial and Tax Division, Nairobi at 9.00 a.m. on the 21st November, 2019 and any creditor(s) or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition, may appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his advocate, for that purpose.
