NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 30th July, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 134, in Volume B-13, Folio 1943/14516, File No. 1637, by our client, Abdi Hamid Mohamud Ali, formerly known as Abdi Hamid Haji Abdi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Abdi Hamid Haji Abdi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdi Hamid Mohamud Ali, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abdi Hamid Mohamud Ali only.
