NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 18th July, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 4267, in Volume DI, Folio 229/4267, File No. MMXIX, by our client Leah Amonde Ouko (guardian), of P.O. Box 35522–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Barrack Tchinzoumbe Jephte Pazimi-Ouambo (a minor), formerly known as Barrack Tchinzoumbe Jephte Pazimi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Barrack Tchinzoumbe Jephte Pazimi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Barrack Tchinzoumbe Jephte Pazimi-Ouambo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Barrack Tchinzoumbe Jephte Pazimi-Ouambo only.
