NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 18th September, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 322, in Volume B-13, Folio 1955/14629, File No. 1637, by me, Emily Gathoni Mbui (guardian), of Mandarin House, 15 Merrets Orchard, Slimbridge, Gloucestershire GL2 7DS, on behalf of Kendra Esther Davies (a minor), formerly known as Kendra Davies, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Kendra Davies, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kendra Esther Davies, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Kendra Esther Davies only.
