NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 22nd July, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 347, in Volume DI, Folio 194/3875, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Fardosa Mohamed Yussuf, of P.O. Box 37731–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Fardosa Mohamed Abdille, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Fardosa Mohamed Abdille, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Fardosa Mohamed Yussuf, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Fardosa Mohamed Yussuf only.
