WHEREAS Kezia Wangui Karia (ID/4919566), of P.O. Box 1653, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Thika, registered under title No. Thika Municipality Block 17/543, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof hays been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
