APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (a) of the
Kenya Maritime Authority Act, 2006, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President of
the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence
Forces, appoint—
GEOFFREY NGOMBO MWANGO
to be the Chairperson of Board of Directors of the Kenya Maritime
Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 8th
February, 2019.
