IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 (1) (a) of the Kenya Nuclear Electricity Board Order, 2012, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces appoint— EZRA ODONDI ODHIAMBO to be an Executive Chairman of the Kenya Nuclear Electricity Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 8th February, 2019.
