IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (a) of the State Corporations Act and section 5 (1) (a) of the LAPSSET Corridor Development Authority Order, 2013, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, re-appoint— TITUS IBUI to be the Chairperson of the LAPSSET Corridor Development Authority Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 16th of February 2019.
