IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (a) of the State Corporations Act, pursuant to section 3 (3) of the Kenya Cultural Centre Act, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, appoint— OLGA KARANI to be the Chairperson of the Council of the Kenya Cultural Centre, for a period of two (2) years, with effect from the 8th February, 2019.
