IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (1) (a) of the Betting, Lotteries and Gaming Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Co-ordination of National Government appoints— CYRUS KIBERA MAINA as the Chairman of the Betting Control and Licensing Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 8th February, 2019.
