IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (f) of the Kenya Ports Authority Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure, Housing, Urban Development and Public Works appoints— DELILAH NGALA to be a member of the Board of the Kenya Ports Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 8th February, 2019.
