IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 11 (1) (c) of the Fisheries Management and Development Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Irrigation appoints— Omar Boga Gonzi Rai to be members of the Board of the Kenya Fisheries Service, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 1st February, 2019.
