IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 66 (1) (b) of the Water Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Water and Sanitation appoints— Paul Kipchirchir Bii—(Chairperson) Members William Oduol Victor Omare Omanwa Erik Okeyo Rosemary Rop Ann Michura to be members of the Lake Victoria South Water Works Development Agency, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 7th February, 2019.
