IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 66 (1) of the Water Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Water and Sanitation appoints— Shaban Ali Isaak—Chairperson Members: Molu Huga Arbale Suleiman Ali Gufu Khadija Abdulahi Raphaella Lentoimanga Abdulkadir Hashi Hussein to be members of the Northern Water Works Development Agency, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 7th February, 2019.
