IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 66 (1) of the Water Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Water and Sanitation appoints— Kakuta ole Maimai—(Chairperson) Members Mukina Kivuvani Maingi Agnes Kavindu Muthama Titus Ngumu Kiema Mwandia Kalembe Ndile to be members of the Tanathi Water Works Development Agency, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 7th February, 2019.
