THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Peter Ndichu Gitau and (2) Banabas Ngaruiya Gitau, both of P.O. Box 84-00900, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as Githunguri/Nyaga/T.241, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
