REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gerald Waweru Kamau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.23 hectare or thereabouts, known as Karai/Gikambura/5607, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate Court at Kikuyu in succession cause no. 315 of 2018, has issued grant and letters of administration to Hannah Wambui Waweru and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Gerald Waweru Kamau (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and issue land title deed to the said Hannah Wambui Waweru and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gerald Waweru Kamau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
