REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Ngigi Mwangi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 3.24 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Karati/663, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate's Court at Engineer in succession cause no. 65 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration to Charles Kamau Mwangi (ID/35611916) of the estate of Samuel Ngigi Mwangi (deceased), and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Samuel Ngigi Mwangi (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Samuel Ngigi Mwangi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
