PURSUANT to instructions from our client, Custom Knights Investements, P.O. Box 315-00516, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, notice is given pursuant to sections 6 and 7 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owners of motor vehicles: Toyota Corolla K72 KAH 593R and Nissan Sunny B12 KAG 952Y, lying unallocated at the premises of Custom Knights Investements, located along Kangundo Road, opposite Supa Loaf Nairobi. Further notice is given that unless the said motor vehicles are collected within thirty (30) days from the date of this notice, upon payment of all requisite storage, works and other incidental charges and costs pertaining to the said motor vehicles including the cost of this notice, to Custom Knights Investements the same shall be disposed by way of public auction or private treaty without any further notice or reference to the owners.
