NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 9th October, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 138, in Volume B-13, Folio 1962/14697, File No. 1637, by our client, Mahfudh Mbarak Mahfudh Bahashwan, of P.O Box 8994.4-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mahfudh Mbarak Mahfudh, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mahfudh Mbarak Mahfudh, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mahfudh Mbarak Mahfudh Bahashwan, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mahfudh Mbarak Mahfudh Bahashwan only.
