NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 14th October, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 181, in Volume B-13, Folio 1963/14705, File No. 1637, by our client, Nuns Mohamed Nyenye, of P.O Box 1-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Nuns Mohamed Ali, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Nuns Mohamed Ali, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nuru Mohamed Nyenye, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Nuns Mohamed Nyenye only.
