NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 10th September, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1256, in Volume DI, Folio 257/4663, File No. MMXIX, by my client, Anne Nyambura Njuguna (guardian), of P.O Box 20075-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Naomi Wendy Nkirote Mwenda (a minor), formerly known as Wendy Nkirote Mwenda, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Wendy Nkirote Mwenda, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Naomi Wendy Nkirote Mwenda, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Naomi Wendy Nkirote Mwenda only.
