IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 75 of the Elections Act and Rule 6 (3) of the Elections (Parliamentary and County Elections) Petition Rules, 2017, the Chief Justice of the Republic of Kenya directs that Kiambu High Court Election Petition No. 8 of 2019, Clement K. Waibara versus Anne Wanjiku Kibe and Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) be heard by Justice L. A. Achode, Principal Judge, sitting in Milimani, Nairobi. Dated the 2nd July, 2019.
