APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 113 (1) of the Industrial Property Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Industry, Trade and Co-operatives appoints— BROWN MURUNGI KAIRARIA to be the Chairperson of the Industrial Property Tribunal, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 31st May, 2019. The appointment of Brown Murungi Kairaria* as a member of the Industrial Property Tribunal is revoked. Dated the 29th May, 2019.
