IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 9 (1) of the Urban Areas and Cities Act, 2011 and all other enabling provisions of law, and the County Assembly of Narok having approved the Municipal Charter for Kilgoris Town in its plenary sitting held on 4th July, 2019 at 2.30 p.m. I, Samuel K.
