REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Moturi Otiso, of P.O. Box 3503–20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.15 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the District of Nakuru, registered under title No. Maji Tamu/Chemasis Block 3/1160, and whereas sufficient evidence has adduced to show that the land green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the 12th July, 2019 THE KENYA GAZETTE date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of a new green card as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
