THE EAST AFRICAN COMMUNITY CUSTOMS MANAGEMENT ACT

PURSUANT to the provisions of paragraph 31 part B of the fifth schedule to the East African Community Customs Management Act, 2004, enacted vide Legal Notice No. EAC/09/2009 of 2nd July, 2009, the Commissioner of Customs and Border Control Department, appoints the following organizations/bodies as Members of the Vetting Committee, for a period of three (3) years, effective the 3rd April, 2019.
