IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 88 (4) to the Constitution of Kenya, sections 38, 39 and 55B (1) (b) of the Elections Act, 2011 and Regulation 64A (1) (b) of the Elections (General) Regulations, 2012, the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission gives notice that it shall hold the postponed elections, which were scheduled to be held on the 9th August, 2022 General Election, stated in the eighth column of the Schedule, on Tuesday, 23rd August, 2022.
