ESTABLISHMENT

IN EXERCISE of powers conferred on me by section 30 (2) (l) of the County Governments Act, 2012, I, George Ochilo Mbogo Ayacko, Governor, County Government of Migori, appoint to the Committee of Pending Bills Verification the following people; Joseph Gimunta Mahiri (Dr.), Deputy Governor – Chairperson John Odoyo Achuora (Dr.) – Secretary Rhoda Robi Nchagwa (Mrs.) – Member Ben Guda – Member Huldah Magicho (Mrs.) – Member Mary Ayacko (Mrs.) – Member Maurice O. Oindo – Member Roseline Otieno (Mrs.) – Ex-Officio Member The committee shall be expected to establish the veracity of all pending bills from the departments and hand in a report with recommendations within twenty-one (21) days as per the terms of reference in their appointment letters.
