IT IS notified for general information that pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order 32 of the Senate Standing Orders, by a resolution made on 12th October, 2022, the Senate approved its Calendar (Regular Sessions) for 2022 as set out in the Schedule below— Sitting Dates Sitting Days Recess Dates First Session: Part I 8th September, 2022 Thursday–morning 9th September, 2022 to 28th September, 2022 First Session: Part II 29th September, 2022 to 27th October, 2022 Tuesday–afternoon Wednesdays–afternoon Thursday–afternoon 28th October, 2022 to 7th November, 2022 First Session: Part III 8th November, 2022 to 1st December, 2022 Tuesday–afternoon Wednesdays–afternoon Thursday–afternoon 2nd December, 2022 top 13th February, 2023 Note: (i) The Senate shall sit from 2.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. pursuant to Standing Order 34 of the Senate Standing Orders.
