REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Battista Orlando Chindamo, of P.O. Box 987–80200, Malindi is in the Republic of Kenya, registered as proprietor lessee from Government of Kenya for a term of ninety nine (99) years, subject to annual rent of peppercorn (if demanded) that house No. 155on all that piece of land known as portion No. 624/9, Malindi, situate in Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 32064/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period, as provided under section 33(3) of the Land Registration Act No. 3 of 2012.
