TENDER

notice is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal 12th August, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of tarmac layer, Model No. EXT11 serial No. E237, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, to take delivery of the said tarmac layer which is currently lying at L.R. No. 183/11 at Magana Farm, off Nairobi – Nakuru Highway, Kikuyu, upon payment of storage charges together with other costs that may be owed including cost of publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed off under the said Act, either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
