NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 9th July, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 3116, in Volume DI, Folio 418/2415, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Francis Israel, formerly known as Francis Musau Nthungi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Francis Musau Nthungi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Francis Israel, for all purposes and 12th August, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Francis Israel only.
