APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (1) (a) of the
Betting, Lotteries and Gaming Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of
the Interpretations and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for
Interior and National Administration revokes the appointment*—

Simon Kathiaka Kangara,
Jason Kerandi Nyantino,
Sabrina Kanini Suleiman,
Joy Mdivo,
as Chairperson and Members of the Betting Control and Licensing Board.
