THE CONSTITUTION
APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 12 of the
County Governments Act, 2012 as read together with section 9 (2) and
the First Schedule of the County Assembly Services Act, 2017 and
upon approval of the Report of the Kwale County Assembly Service
Board by the Kwale County Assembly during its special sitting held
on Wednesday, 14th December, 2022 at 10.00 a.m., the Kwale County
Assembly Service Board appoints—
EDWARD CHANGA CHIBU
as the 4th Member of the County Assembly Service Board.
