IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 24 (a) of the Employment and Labour Relations Court Act, 2011, the Chief Justice appoints— JUSTICE BYRAM ONGAYA as the Chairperson of the Employment and Labour Relations Rules Committee, for a period of five (5) years, with immediate effect.
