APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (f) and (2) of the National Transport and Safety Authority Act, 2012, the Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure, Housing, Urban Development and Public Works appoints— WILFRED NYAMWAMU OKEMWA to be a member of Board of Directors of the National Transport and Safety Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 31st May, 2022. The appointment* of Peter Weru is revoked. Dated the 6th June, 2022.
