APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 8 (1) (a) of the
Kenya Plant Health Inspectorate Service Act, I, Uhuru Kenyatta,
President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces
appoints—
PETER WERU KINYUA
to be the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Plant
Health Inspectorate Service, for a period of three (3) years, with effect
from the 13th July 2022.
