APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 66 (1) of the Water Act, the Ag. Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation appoints— Khadija Abdulahi, Raphaella Lentoimanga, to be members of the Board of Directors of the Northern Water Works Development Agency, established vide Legal Notice No. 28 of 26th April, 2019, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 13th July, 2022.
