THE PEST CONTROL PRODUCTS ACT

APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (2) (l) of the
Pest Control Products Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture,
Livestock, Fisheries and Co-operatives appoints—
MOHAMED MUKTAR NOOR
to be a member of the Pest Control Products Board, for a period of
three (3) years, with effect from the 13th July, 2022.
