APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 155 (5) of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012 and section 167 (1 and 4) of the Public Finance Management (County Governments) Regulations, 2015, I, Muthomi Njuki, Governor of Tharaka Nithi County appoint– Kelvin Mutura Micheni— Member Isaac Muthuri Mucee— Member to be members of Tharaka Nithi County (Executive) Internal Audit Committee, for a period of three (3) years, extendable for a further three (3) years, with effect from the 10th July, 2022. Further, I extend the period of appointments of the following as specified on the third column of the schedule below with effect from the 3rd December, 2021.
