THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Charity Wambui Ngigi (ID/6090720), of P.O. Box 30099, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, as administrator of the estate of Michael Ngigi Kamami, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under title No. Thika Municipality Block 24/2061, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue a new land register, and the missing land register is deemed to be of no effect.
