THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Annah w/o Kiptarus Rono (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as No. Nandi/Kapkures/415, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas the senior principal magistrate’s court at Kapsabet in succession cause No. E36 of 2022, has issued letters of administration in favour of Thomas Kipkoech Tanui, and whereas all efforts have been made to recover the land title deed be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission and issue land title deed to Thomas Kipkoech Tanui, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Annah w/o Kiptarus Rono (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
