NOTICE is issued pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle reg. 5552 5552 No. KBJ 209Q, Nissan Pickup, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle and remove it from our garage at Ruaka, within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication of the notice upon payment of storage and service charges, failure to which the said motor vehicle shall be sold by public auction or private treaty without further notice and the sale proceeds there from we will be utilised to defray the storage and service charges and any other incidental cost and the shortfall if any will be recovered by means of legal proceedings.
