TENDER

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of 5-seater sofa set (3 pieces), coffee table + two stools, floor carpet, hisense TV, pioneer home theatre, TV stand, nunix water dispenser, Samsung two door fridge, shoe rack, six burner cooker + cylinder, 2 printers, curtains, 4X6 bed + mattress + side tables, red stone heater, exercise chair, LG microwave, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, to take delivery of the said goods which are currently lying at A14 Tropical Towers, on L. R. No. I/706, located along Komo Lane, Wood Avenue, Nairobi, upon payment of storage charges together with other costs that may be owed including cost of publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed of under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
