Box 1180–00232, Ruiru in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Timothy Kimani (minor), formerly known as Timothy Alexander Kimani, formally and absolutely 5554 5554 renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Timothy Alexander Kimani, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Timothy Kimani, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Timothy Kimani only.
