GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 15372

NOTICE is given to all Members of County Assembly that pursuant to Standing Order 26 of the County Assembly Standing Orders, on the request of the County Assembly of Marsabit Majority Leader, with the support of the requisite number of Members of County Assembly of Marsabit, I have appointed Wednesday, the 14th December, 2022, as a day for a special sitting of the County Assembly of Marsabit. The sitting shall be held at the County Assembly Chamber, Main Office Buildings, Marsabit, commencing at 9.30 a.m. The business to be transacted at the sitting shall be the consideration of a motion tabling the report of the Budget and Appropriations Committee on the Budget Estimates for the County Government of Marsabit for 2022/2023 Financial Year. In accordance with Standing Order 26 of the County Assembly Standing Orders, the business specified in this notice shall be the only business before the County Assembly during the special sitting, following which the County Assembly shall stand adjourned until Tuesday, the 14th February, 2023, at 2.30 p.m., in accordance with the County Assembly Calendar.
