REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Aphaxad Kipruto Maiyo, of P.O. Box 30156, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of a leasehold interest in all that piece of land containing 0.0162 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered as title No. Nairobi/Block 77/43, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof is lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
